We are super fortunate to have so many clients eager to get golden, which is why it's SUPER important to be exactly on time for your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment please let our team know asap, if you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment it will automatically be treated as a no-show and the card on file will be charged. All no-show appointments and same day cancellations (within 24 hrs of appointment time) will be charged the full appointment amount. In order to protect our technicians' time and expertise, clients who fail to pay their last minute cancellation fee will not be welcomed back until their outstanding balance is settled. All rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to appointments, all deposits are non-refundable.To make changes to your appointment please follow the 'reschedule' button found on your appointment confirmation, the button will become inactive within 48 hours of your appointment time.If you would like to make last minute changes to your appointment and have missed the 48 hour window please reach out to us via email [email protected] and we will assist you with rebooking (fees may apply).
All cancellations within 48 hours due to sickness will be subject to the above policies, however, if ample time is provided the session may be credited and deferred to be used within 30 days of your original appointment date for a small fee.
